  • What materials are needed?

  • How do I print my paper doll?
    For best results, print paper doll characters and stands on white card stock. If you’re not able to print on card stock, print on white printer paper, then glue to card stock. Print fashions and stories on regular white printer paper. For best result for your CHARACTERS (optional) If you don’t mind the price, printing on photo paper this offers the best results, but is not necessary.
  • What kind of glue should I use to bond my paper dolls to card stock?
    Glue sticks are the easiest. When using glue sticks, always apply a thin coat. Before cutting out, glue each character sheet to a sheet of cardstock paper. Place another sheet of paper on top of the character sheet, printed side up and roll out any air pockets with a rolling pin.. Let dry and then cut out.
  • How do I attach the stand to the paper dolls?
    For stands: Print on cardstock paper and glue to the back of the paper doll ⅛ inch from the bottom of paper doll. If you are printing on white printer paper, then glue (white paper) to cardstock paper. Fold the stand on the red line. Glue to the back of the paper doll character 1/8 inch above the bottom of the doll.
  • I don't have card stock, what else can I use?"
    There are many items around your home that you may be able to use; for instance, try gluing the printed doll to poster paper or cardboard from something like an empty cereal box or gift box.
  • What do you suggest for coloring my black and white fashions?
    Use crayons, colored pencils, washable markers, gel pens, no bleed markers and stay away from permanent markers
  • How do I download my paper dolls
    1. Click the link or icon representing the PDF file. Depending on your Internet browser and the settings for the PDF reader program, the PDF file may automatically download and open in your browser. If you receive a prompt for opening or saving the PDF file instead, skip to step 4. 2. As you move your mouse cursor over the document, a small toolbar should appear. The toolbar is often located at the upper-right or lower-right of the page. 3. Once you've located the toolbar, click the icon that looks like a computer diskette or an arrow pointing down to save the PDF file. If the toolbar is not visible, look in your browser's file menu for the Save as or Save page as option. (Press the Alt key to make the menu bar visible if it's hidden.) You can also right-click the document and select Save as to save the PDF file. 4. A window should appear, prompting you to specify the location where you'd like to save the file. Selecting the Desktop option makes it easy to find the PDF file later. If you like, you may rename the file at this point. If not, skip this step. Click Save or Ok to save the PDF file.
